We have 36 Pull-Thru Sites, 91 Back-in Sites and 25 Premium Back-in Sites. Sites offer 30 amp and 50 amp electrical connections and clean city water and sewer. Free Cable TV with a $40.00 cash deposit, refundable at departure. Wi-Fi is available for purchase at sites and free Wi-Fi is available in Clubhouse, Library and Craft room.
Located 2.6 miles from Super Wal-Mart, 35 miles from Sierra Vista and 40 miles from Tucson. Take I-10 to Exit 304. Go south to stoplight. Turn left onto Business 10/RT.80 . Go 2.2 miles. Right side of Hwy 80 next to Junction Express.

Wasn't impressed. WiFi was terrible, no change machines in laundry, office only open 9-3 Mon thru Fri. Packages delivered to office after 3, you won't get until next day, or Mon if on weekend. No security & there was an issue with homeless/illegals in the park early morning. Sherrie & maintenance staff were very friendly.
We had a wonderful 2 month stay here. Excellent prices. Allowed us to get to numerous hiking, birding, and sightseeing areas.
Nice walking areas in the washes behind the resort, regular 4 mile loop, as well as an approximate 1.5 mile loop if you stay within the community.
Sherry (sp?) is the best to deal with in the office. Very pleasant.
Very nice RV Resort. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again. The bathrooms and showers were very well maintained. Large RV spots, which was very nice.
