Nick is an awesome overseer he is very helpful. Nick keeps the park safe and clean. My family loves camping and hanging out at marshall county park 2. The other campers are very friendly.
Nice clean and quite campground. Can pull boat right up to many of the campsites. But could use a designated campfire spot.
I’ve been camping here since I was 1yr old. I have grown up here, celebrated my birthdays here and it has always been like my second home. I have had to watch my Mom get harassed and bullied this year by the park volunteers and their friends! I have been really scared of the threats toward my family! There were nights that I couldn’t sleep because of the noise at 1:00am. The park manager made us leave instead of the forcing the rules and doing the right thing. I may be only 12yrs old but I am very upset about the situation! Even though I didn’t get a chance to tell Nick how this hurt my heart, I am still praying for him.

This is a very nice park. It has a lengthy and very enjoyable walking Track. Excellent views of the water while you're walking. Lots of wildlife including geese and ducks walking around. Fairly level track with very slight inclines. Very good for anyone wanting to get out and enjoy some sunshine and Outdoors.
Great place to camp, not to far from our house. Reasonable rates per month. Only draw back is WIFI for watching movies and News when it's storming, or to hot in the day to get out. But we have a tailgater. Other than that we have great friends and we do plenty of fishing. Have lots of fun.
