We travel in our RV. I am not sure that Loves has a good concept of who will be staying at these spots. We were in the vicinity, but once we realized that they are back in spots and they are literally right on top of the truckstop area - we decided to pass. The price is decent-ish at $32 versus the $50 we have seen at some of the other Loves RV locations - which is ridiculous, but the concept here is not well thought out for people looking for quick spots that can pull into - like a pull through and still stay hooked up. These will be one or two nights days not destinations spots, but need to be much easier in and out and with this one is. Love the idea but not the execution.

Husband & I stop here often when traveling at night… it’s a quick and easy place to rest. As long as you understand it’s a very nice truck stop (1-people coming and going throughout the night (noise never bothered us) 2-it’s not a rv resort but a safe place to pull over with water & power 3-you can grab a lot of items on the property (fuel, food, & drinks) 4-parking is easy for our 35’ 5Th wheel (it’s parking lot style no buffer between you and the next rig but reasonably large enough spots to open left & right slides))

We appreciate Love’s adding the RV spots with power & water (especially on this part of the interstate)

The idea of RV parking at Love’s Travel Stop is great! Several issues need to be corrected to ensure a nicer experience for your RV customers. Best things about this RV Hookup location are: the RV parking spot is of adequate size for my Class A, the check in process was easy, the 50 amp electric connection works well. Worst things here are: noise and heavy traffic, the dog park is dirty with no clean up bags and an overflowing trash bin and there is no area to park your towed car. Will not stay at a Love’s RV Hookup in the future.

Worst ever. Called in a reservation but when we got there they had no record of it. Took an hour to get in. Only one other camper there. Parked by gas pumps and got all set up only to find power pedestal had a ground fault. Had to move to next site so they could resent the spot if someone came in. We're not worried about electrocution someone. Manager yelled at us because we weren't happy. Got ripped off of our 42 dollars. Walmart much nicer!

The Loves RV stop at Heflin Alabama is a mixture. It seems overpriced for only electricity - no water or sewer offered, but a dump station is available. We had to move from the site we reserved because they told us the electricity was acting up. We moved to the opposite side, and that was a huge mistake because that is where the trucks come in all night long. It was very, very loud on that side.

No water or sewer (dump station available) and the wifi wasn’t strong enough for us to watch a movie.

Pros: safe overnight parking with food and gas available. Cons: expensive for amenities offered and noisy.
