We had a great stay during Omaks 88 th annual stampede week , it was Quiet tranquil a older park well kept up homey feeling friendly. Washer dryer shower on site (one dump station) . Nice view of pasture & low mountains a small park on the river within easy walking distance , easy access to 97 only 5 miles north of Omak .access from here was a great hub spot, We enjoyed our stay so much my wife and I extended our stay a few more days taken even more adventure drives and finding some old places near Shawna and Tom were very polite and friendly willing to help in any way possible. Thank you were looking forward to coming back soon Rick & Dana West Valley Yakima .

Well I'd rather sleep on the side of the road in my car. No staff on site and from what I hear there hasn't been for 6 months. Called to try and rent out a home and it took them 3 days to respond only to find out they already rented it out the day I showed up.

Avoid at all cost. 1 star is too generous. I paid for a 50 amp full hookup site, but they do not exist. There is no 50 amp service at this park. Only a few sewer hookups and they are taken by full time guests. There is no on site management so you just have to guess where you should set up. All the power boxes are full of yellow jackets. I killed at least 50 yellow jackets in 2 days and they were still everywhere. There is no river access despite what the website says. There are low hanging trees that scraped the top of our trailer and we are only 11'6". I was told by one of the guests our dogs can't walk in the green space because their dog likes that spot. The showers and bathrooms don't appear to ever get cleaned and have signs saying you need to provide your own toilet paper and paper towels. The water is yellow brown with a terrible smell. I have never seen a place this bad. You couldn't pay me to stay here again.

I live here in a park model trailer, which my brother-in-law describes as a RV on steroids. It's a beautiful RV park & I have the best Landlady/Landlord of all. They're wonderful.

Margie's is under new ownership and management now as Margie is now retired. We miss her dearly, but our new manager, Liz has been doing an amazing job. She has all the full hook-ups filled, but there are still lots of water/electrical hook-ups for "short-timers" and there is a dump site available. Of course there's a laundry and shower facility plus tents are also welcome here. We have several "long-timers" and it's a friendly RV community park. The photos are taken from my "front yard", so to speak.

Definitely not as advertised. Firstly, when we called we were told we would get the best sites right on the river. Now while it’s in the town of Riverside, The campground is not on the river. Instead we were given gravelled, rocky sites without so much as a tree, picnic table, fire pit etc. I mean when is there not even a picnic table?? While the pictures show great expansive grassy areas, this is actually only one area accessible by just a few sites. We were told we did not have access to those sites as they were all reserved, but of course they never filled throughout the weekend. Electricity went out for an entire row of sites. Which were also the only sites with any trees or shade Don’t expect early access to showers or for them to be cleaned. Will NOT be back.
