They don't answer their phones. Needed to ask if I could pick up an annual National Parks pass here. I ended up getting one at the entrance booth to Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area which is open till 8:00 pm during this time of year.
Very nice location, well-kept inside and out. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I just needed my veterans National Parks Pass, they got it issued quickly and efficiently.
Needed replacement to senior lifetime pass since pass stolen. The gentlemen at customer service helped me obtain pass quickly and efficiently. Very pleasant experience.
Joel moved from TX to here was not very helpful, so he had to call Ray his manager. Neither we at all very customer service friendly. If you want your park passes don't go here! I would suggest ordering them ahead of time or go to Red Rock to get it. They obviously have no care for our time, we are in THEIR world!
Well done allowing the purchase of land for development not just NEAR Little Red Rock, but IN Little Red Rock (on soon-to-be the new west end of Lake Mead Blvd; currently a dirt road). As well as closer and closer to Red Rock Canyon (apart from the never-growing number of houses already in Red Rock Canyon), and closer to Mt. Charleston (along Kyle Canyon Rd. from US 95), also apart from the never-growing number of houses IN Mt. Charleston. Time-consuming driving and gas guzzling to get to those mountains - make this chance for home development closer to the mountains - a chance for only a walking distance for hikers who would like to move so close and go there almost every day. I know where I'm moving. Looking forward to a shortcut route from that soon-to-be neighborhood in Little Red Rock, westward to Kyle Canyon Rd through the hills west of Little Red Rock. I hiked there, 9 miles from Summerlin Pkwy to Kyle Canyon Rd, and 9 miles back, in 7 hours. I'm also glad about the start of construction of a high-speed rail from Las Vegas to Los Angeles. But none of this would have been possible to this day, without the approval by Bureau of Land Management of Nevada.
THANK YOU!!
