The recreation site is accessed by an all-season county road that has a bridge with a 10-ton limit
Lowry Bridge is approximately 4.5 miles west of Simms, MT. Take Hwy 200 W from Simms, MT and then take a slight right on Hwy 21 W. Stay on Hwy 21 W for 3.7 miles and then turn right onto Floweree Road. Lowry Bridge Recreation Site is approximately 0.5 miles down the road on the right hand side.
Nice little first come, first serve spot with a handful of spots. Lots of critters from beavers, coyotes and deer. Has one vault bathroom.
Beautiful place to stay. Only three days, yet beautiful and well worth it.
Great place to go during the middle of the week. No people, rivers beautiful, it's nice.
Nice BLM land campsite. Clean, well taken care of, simple digs. Has a vault toilet, boat ramp and 5 sites with fire rings, concrete picnic tables. There is very little shade from trees. Perfect.
