I was a itty bitty girl. (10yrs old give or take) I remember fishing for Pike there. It was my first experience with them. My dad took me Rainbow fishing alot... But those pike scared me right back to the car😂 dropped my pole and RAN like the girl that i am....lmao
DIfficult to access. Best road is longest. Shortest route has three "Bridge Out" signs along a road with a perfectly operational bridge. Location itself is nice and green, the wildlife area is an oasis on the Rocky Mountain Front.
I scuba dive and fish here. It's worth the time and dirt roads to get here. Great place to camp and get away from the city.
