Our motel and RV Park with full hook-ups is located on a lush lawn that sweeps all the way down to the Little Wolf Creek, which runs throughout the ranch. Little Wolf Creek is fed from fresh springs of the magnificent Rocky Mountains that encompass the ranch. The whole area is abundant with all the beauty nature has to offer.
My buddy and I ended up here cause the fishing lodge we stayed at was over booked. The place was quiet, clean, and the staff ladies were awesome. I’m definitely going back to hear some live music in the bar they have. Ken/Pete from Canada
We stayed last week. The bed was comfy and the room was cute but the known shower issues were terrible! We had read reviews about the hot water issue and thought maybe others were being fussy. We are regular people and knew that the ranch was not a 5 star hotel. We appreciate simple accommodations but even simple accommodations should have a working shower. When we checked in we were given the shower instructions. This morning we tried everything to get it to work. We were not in a position to have a maintenance person come in to get the shower to work after just spending some intimate time together. We decided to let the very nice manager know the problems we had. We were not asking for a refund but she said that if we were local the owner often gave gift certificates when problems came up but she was going to call the owner. She talked to the owner who then wanted to talk with me. Instead of apologizing, she asked me when I knew of the water issue and why I didn’t call maintenance. Terrible customer service by the owner about an issue that is known problem. The manager offered a $10 refund of the $100+ night stay. Shame on you! Your attitude towards me on the phone was unacceptable and lack of customer service appalling. My advice to others: stay away!
We came to 7R for a quiet and peaceful getaway and that is exactly what we got. We enjoyed the sound of the beautiful babbling creek right outside our room. The room is quaint but we didn't need much as we came to Montana to enjoy the outdoors! Trish made us feel so welcome and told us about the local hot spots. This was a great place for us to recharge after several full days if fishing! A lovely place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city.
Thanks 7R!
Slanted dirt parking lot referred to as a rv campground. Wifi works only at bar. Would recommend staying in Helena.
The grounds are beautiful. The restaurant is beautiful and the food is good. I failed to get pictures but believe me it is. The owners are on hand and while we did not stay at the hotel on this occasion we did look at one of the rooms and it was very clean and well kept. The rooms face an amazing babbling brook and picnic tables to sit at. I would recommend bringing folding chairs though.
