Wooded, trails, tiny home friendly, tents welcome.
A wonderful and charming campground with all necessary amenities. Beautiful, rustic scenery. Very child and pet friendly
Thought it was a nice little out of the way little campground, but after driving through it, I would have been afraid to leave my RV unattended. Only three other RVs there, and they were run down and they appeared to be permanent. Parking spots were roped off, un-mowed, hook ups were helter skelter, and one picnic table appeared to be ready to fall apart. I would not recommend anyone stay at this park, even in desperation. The cover photo is really missleading.
Do not be fooled by the misleading photos for this site. It is not an RV Park. It is an overgrown grassy area with a dirt road through the middle of it. The roads in are narrow with soft shoulders. Utilities are not visible in the grass. The bathroom building has the name of the camp posted but no one is around. There were 2 rv's there that appeared to be permanent. The entire place is sketchy and as soon as we found a turnaround we left. I had made a reservation via internet; no reply to my email requesting my money back.
Update (2022): Owner has accused me of posting a fake review. It it not fake or embellished. However, since the owner waited 3 years to respond, I hope the place has improved since 2019.
This place is sketchy, scary and nothing like what photos show. Do not book here. You will turn around before you would even consider parking. It is not easy to access with a large camper or RV. Permanent fixtures there are run down. Terrible upkeep.
