Had to pay to park, not much to choose from on menu. Waited for inside dining for over 30 minutes despite it being empty inside and everyone wanted outside dining due to the band out there yet we had to wait for seating. Not impressed but maybe if we had been there for the night life and music it would have been a bit better but the wait for a table out there was an hour +, but it was a busy night out there, that was understandable. Nice gift shop but over priced.

We have been visiting for about 10 years and love the expanded restaurant and bar. The shop / store is one of the best on the lake in my view. Restaurant staff, especially the bar area, aren’t great but I suppose you can’t have it all. If they could arrange better hosts, servers and bar staff, this place would be perfect. We love it otherwise. Thank you!

We finished a week long trip on the 90ft eagle offered by this marina. Our family has been vacationing for over 40 years on the lake with the majority of them being at Holly Creek and this being our first at Sulphur Creek. We enjoyed the service provided by the staff in regards to both generators going out in the boat. The staff came out to our campsite quickly to fix the boat and then came back about an hour later to check on us to ensure the boat was still working properly. Kudos to your staff for this amount of effort. The boats, however, were not fully cleaned and we were met with mold and cobwebs upon boarding our boats. A couple of doors on the boat did not lock including bathroom doors which is unacceptable. The lack of cleanliness is unacceptable considering the amount of money paid for this boat. My final and probably most important critique is the loading and unloading situation. On the day of offloading (Monday) we were met with multiple 18 wheelers who parked right in the middle of the parking lot whilst offloading their products. This was unacceptable and made it a true nightmare to park and load. These deliveries should be made outside of when multiple houseboats are coming in to unload. Overall, the con’s outweigh the pro’s and our family will more than likely not be returning to rent houseboats from this marina for our biannual trip.
