Long Acres on Clover Creek

This was a amazing experience me and my wife had today riding horses the horse were so nice and well taken care of with each there own personality witch to me was even more amazing cause it really makes you know that the way they are treated is so much more than a horse but rather a member of there family witch is a incredible experience all on its own and the knowledge and helpfulness of the instructors were amazing as well they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and a memorable experience for both of us witch with how nice they both were and patience with teaching us made it feel more like being taught by friends rather than being taught by someone who is just doing there job so to speak we will definitely be returning and maybe bring some others with us in the future

I would highly recommend Ride Long Acres in Williamsburg, PA. They are top-notch! It was the perfect special way to celebrate our 26th anniversary last May, and having our grown children with us, made it even more special. Having ridden horses only a few times, I knew we would need instruction and guidance. Our daughter had gone to horse camp a few times as a young teen, but that was years ago as she is now 25. I went back again a little while later when my sister was visiting from Colorado and it was the highlight of her visit! Lucy and her daughter, Nora, did an absolutely superb job giving us instruction and tips to make our ride the most enjoyable. They make you feel very comfortable and safe. They are both very professional yet fun and their horse knowledge is quite exceptional. They even took some pictures and videos for us because they knew that was important to me 🙂. Our ride was perfect through beautiful meadows, wooded areas, and country sides. The horses are well taken care of and gave us all a beautiful, smooth ride. I would highly recommend Ride Long Acres and in fact, plan to go back every summer at least once because I have the pleasure of living just 10 minutes away.

Ride Long Acres - Such an amazing day!!

What a perfect trail ride!! Lucy was extremely knowledgeable and thorough going over everything we needed to know to prepare us for our ride. Prior to the ride she introduced us to our horses and their personalities and she made sure we were comfortable with our horses before heading out for the trails. I absolutely loved and adored my horse Chance. Lucy and Shannon worked together to ensure an enjoyable and safe ride. The scenery was breathtaking!! We rode through the fields, along the water and up through the mountain trails. The horses were extremely well behaved and easy to control. Lucy & Shannon even took some pictures of us to remember the day. It was the Perfect Day and I cannot to go again. I highly recommend booking a trail ride. It will not disappoint.
