Great campground. Gorgeous views of the lake. Pretty crowded though, very close to other campers. Free coffee was very nice
Beautiful area, clear teal water. Lots to do outside... bikes, kayaking, SUP's, hikes or just relaxing.
I came to this for fishing around 07/16/2023. I was able to fish off of the pier as a visitor. I was able to catch my first fish at 7PM using a size 8 hook and trout bait. My first fish that I caught was a beardslee trout, which I released. It was a very memorable and happy night. The water was incredibly clear and clean. I hope to visit again in the future.
STUNNING campsite! I just needed a last minute overnight stop, so only spent around 12 hours here but wish I had more time!! The views were stunning and I so badly wanted to go out on the lake! They’ve got a boat rental place right near the site that I wanted to use. I will be back when I have a chance to stay longer
Excellent location and water access, and it's super quiet. The water is crystal clear, super cold and filled with 2 unique-to-the-lake species of trout (catch & release only). The A-frames are cool, but falling apart due to all the carpenter ants that will fill your room during the warmer seasons (you'll kill carpenter ants your whole visit) and the mouse that made its way in/out of our A-frame via the hole by the baseboard heater. Plenty of room, but they switched things on us by no longer giving access to the loft that all the photos online showed... not a huge deal, but c'mon... nice bathroom, plenty of parking and a picnic table outside your unit where you can cook, eat & relax.
