Passing themselves off as a Good Sam Club participating park, which they are NOT!! All Good Sam logos still appear in front office window & in office itself; with a good-sized map on counter showing all the Good Sam parks across the USA....(?) Person at desk said they had 'recently changed formats'=now only rent monthly. Two months ago is when I purchased my Good Sam Club membership from the Camping World store in Mt Vernon, WA and when I looked online for this parks phone # and directions b4 going there today there was NO info stating that they no longer participated in that camping club program. Also in middle of a very, very noisy area-nearby airport and, in a high volume traffic area.

Photos are very misleading. This is a tight parking lot. Neighbors banged on my door at 11pm complaining about our door light. We had been out all evening till 11:15 and we left the light while out. The place is BRIGHT. Light poles everywhere. It is not a dark camping style park. And he had blackout curtains! He also complained our door was too loud and we talked too loud. We literally got home from the space needle and went to bed. Sorry if we had to come inside our camper from our truck! The issue is we are 3 feet from the neighbors, so space and no way to not hear neighbors! Only stayed two nights but will not be back.

I'm on the road working for construction. This place is clean, neat. And the perfect location for what I'm doing.

It’s a big parking lot, but has bush partitions between each space. We’ve lived here for almost a year, and are happy with this place. It’s well kept, bathrooms are always clean. On-site laundry. Lots of overhead lights, but that makes me feel like our stuff is more secure. Nice duck pond, grassy area with shade trees and barbecue grills, and an off-leash dog park. Pet friendly, wheelchair accessible.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Most rigs stay for months, but there are a few overnighters. Centrally located, 23 minutes to downtown Seattle. We drove around to all of the RV parks in this area, and this is by far the nicest. Occasionally we had an annoying neighbor, but that’s the nature of RV living and in no way reflects on the park. I will enjoy continuing to live here, and would recommend it to others.
