The Farm on Van Wyck

I highly recommend the Farm off Van Wyck for anyone looking for a beautiful outdoor venue with meadows, woods, and a covered outdoor reception area.

Taylor was amazing to work with and she made every effort to make our time there run smoothly for my groom and I. She did great work as the venue coordinator and during the time planning prior to the event.

Everything ran smoothly and Taylor resolved any potential issues before they came up. If you get the opportunity to get married here I’d definitely say go for it!

Best camping in Bellingham! My husband and I have stayed at the farm to camp a bunch of times and it will always be our go-to for camping around Bellingham. It’s beautiful, peaceful, and central. You can get to downtown Bellingham in 10 minutes, Galbraith mountain biking is just 10 minutes away, and you’re an hour drive to all the epic hiking up Mt baker highway. And if you just want a chill day at camp, the farm itself is fun to explore with a nice trail to walk around the property and the cutest goats to play with! Taylor and Nick, the couple that run the farm, are incredibly nice, wonderful hosts, and super responsive if there’s anything you need. They added a cool looking glamping tent since our last visit that we can’t wait to stay in next time - definitely the best Bellingham glamping tent option out there. 100% recommend camping here and can’t wait for our next visit!

The venue: It is a super spacious romantic outdoor wedding venue set on a hay farm. It worked super well for a summer afternoon/evening. Beautiful surroundings, has multiple ceremony sections to choose from. We were able to have a forest ceremony then transition with a short walk to a farm setting reception. Loved that we had the opportunity to have two distinct romantics settings. It has a built in bar with a covered section that worked really well for a lounge space, desserts, and bar.

Taylor: She owns the venue and also offers day of coordination. She is the definition of a professional. She, like myself, is very detailed oriented and I had zero regrets having her as my day of coordinator. Everything on my wedding day went super smooth. My wedding day was the only day I was not stressed thanks to her. She was responsive in her communication with me throughout the process. She worked with me to hear what I wanted in my vision of the wedding and also used her own creative visions to build the rest and it worked flawlessly.

We hosted my daughters wedding this weekend and rented tables, chairs, and benches from Taylor at The Van Wyck Farm - best decision ever!

These are not just typical rental pieces but beautiful hand crafted, elegant farm style tables and chairs. We used a combination of the chairs and benches for the ceremony and then the tables and chairs for our reception. They were just a beautiful addition to our garden setting wedding.

Bonus is that Taylor and her staff are AMAZING! Drove everything right to us, set-up, wiped everything down, then came back and picked it all up after we were done. Super professional, so pleasant and awesome to work with. Great communication.

I would 100% of the time turn to Taylor and Van Wyck Farm for any catering needs!
