The Space:
Our loft-style, newly-renovated cabin has all the comforts of home, just nestled away in the WV mountains. Cedar Ridge is fun for couples, families, or groups of friends -- and is the perfect home base for your getaway!
The cabin includes:
- Two bedrooms, plus a large loft sleeping area
- A spacious deck for relaxing and grilling
- Outdoor hot tub perfect for relaxing
- A modern kitchen with new appliances (including dishwasher), granite countertops, and an island perfect for hanging out while prepping meals
- Central AC and heat to keep you comfortable!
- Fast, reliable WiFi that___s more than enough to stream movies and hold video calls
- Open main room with plenty of natural light
- Outdoor fire pit to wind down the evening with s___mores!
Note: the driveway up to the cabin is steep and has loose gravel. A very large vehicle (like an RV or truck towing something) will likely not be able to get up the driveway. If you're visiting with an extra-large vehicle, I recommend looking at other properties instead. Cars, SUVs, pickup trucks, and minivans should all be fine. :)
We often take our two little kids and dog to the cabin with us, so we're very family- and dog-friendly.
Beyond the cabin itself, the Hedgesville / Berkeley Springs area is great for so many reasons -- and Cedar Ridge is just a short drive to everything. The Woods is one of the top golf courses in the state, with a wonderful spa, hiking trails, and a restaurant/pub as well. And the town of Berkeley Springs has been voted one of the top arts communities in the US, with dozens of shops and restaurants, and even a brewery and winery!
You will be provided a copy of the Sleepy Hollow Lot Owners Association House Rules after confirming your reservation, and we will ask you to acknowledge receipt and acceptance of the House Rules.

Quaint, well-readied, and charming. A nice getaway spot for both singles and couples. Holly has been a tremendous host. We are very pleased.
The Barn Loft is so beautiful. It is an amazing and unique experience. Holly is lovely! She accommodated our last minute request for lodging with gracious hospitality. We will definitely return!
