We stayed one night. (Not on Labor Day weekend when the park was busy. It was on the night of Labor Day and the park was less than half full). Price is outrageous. Was greeted by the rudest office I’ve ever dealt with. Told to step outside while she went to clean the bathroom and made us book online instead of in person. Will never stay here again. Ridiculous. Huge sites but not allowed to have both vehicles on your site. So much for handicapped tags since they do NOT care about people. Only care about money. Don’t waste yours here.

Edit: in response to the parks response. It may have been your busiest weekend but we arrived on Labor Day at 1:30 PM. Your park was less than half full. Your $25 early check in fee should have at least come with a smile from the lady who checked us in at the office. She seemed very annoyed at us for coming without a reservation. If your park prefers reservations online, please amend the sign out front that says RV spots available today.

It’s clear they don’t care about customers since every negative review is replied to with it’s the customers fault basically, never the RV parks fault or any attempt to make it right.

A simple nice greeting would have gotten a much better review but when I’m made to feel like I’ve inconvenienced someone for being their patron I have a real issue with it. Especially when the price is that high. Service matters. A LOT.

We loved staying here! The park was so clean and beautifully landscaped. The bathrooms and showers were immaculate. And the pool was so refreshing. Sonia is the sweetest, her friendly and caring personality made our stay that much better. We loved the close proximity to the Sequoia forest. Will definitely stay here again when we are in the area!

My husband and I have traveled all over the western states with an rv for three weeks and this was by far our favorite campground. The staff were amazing... super friendly and helpful. Their facilities were the cleanest I've seen. We loved their rec room and the view all around was gorgeous. We highly recommend this place!
