We stayed here a year ago.

Took us over 2 months to get our deposit back($1100) bathhouses were nice, club house decent. Small lots. But with the amount of money you pay to stay here(over $1200 a month plus parking and electric) you wouldn’t have to fight to get deposit back when you were a great tenant that was only there for 3 months and caused no problems or damage. All the owner cares about is money.

I have loved living here for the past nine months. Most of the people living here long term are lovely. The management is friendly and helpful. The clubhouse is cozy and packed with books and games. It feels like a mountain lodge. Currently one of the bathrooms in under renovation and is closed. So far it hasn’t really caused a problem because most people have rigs that have bathrooms and showers in them. When the renovations are completed it will be nice. The park is fairly clean and well maintained. One of the best things about living here is I have felt safe. The neighborhood watch is natural and tight and wonderful and protective. There are tons of pets here and everyone loves it. I will miss the friends I have made here very much. Thankful for a great experience!!!

A nice peaceful vibe but I've only visited through the years. Location is great it's walking distance from hella food and markets . I would love there if I were into living indoors, but I ain't.

People were lovely and helped me back into a tight spot. Park was dirty - lots of unsightly junk and garbage everywhere. Bathroom was fine with hot shower. I woucamp here again

The worst experience I have had in California is getting to that place, it is very expensive according to the service costs, water and garbage are included but it is really a scam, it is very dirty, dog feces everywhere and the managers. They are terrible, not to mention the person who pretends to be the owner of Surname Mendoza, he is a rude and incompetent scammer, they do not return your deposit and they steal your belongings that you leave inside or outside your RV.
