If your looking at going to lake Chelan this is the spot. Trailer parks on the water are limited. You can very easily walk to the water and park. Great for kids. They can definitely use a little work. Customer service is to be desired. My wife got chewed out by the person at the front because she was instructed by another employee to drive through the exit Lane because there was a lot of traffic the employee in the booth didn't like that so instead of instructing their own employee of his mistake they decided to chew out my wife.

Expensive but conveniently located downtown within easy walking distance to literally everything. Have stayed here many times over the years and consistently maintained and beautiful and expensive, all year round.

Have been coming here for years, normally had a great experience, this year things have really gone down hill. Rates keep climbing ($89/night this year, with an article online saying 2024 was supposed to be $104/night). They are pretty protective about the lawns, and will leave a note on your RV if you violate a rule. One site in the vicinity of mine needed maintenance done on the electrical, and I found the power to my site cut off… in the middle of a 90 degree day. No courtesy warning or even a note (they will leave a note when you break a rule, but can’t warn you when they are cutting the power). No warning to make sure your RV fridge is on non-electric so your food doesn’t spoil. Staff driving trucks the wrong way down one way loops, and sitting in groups at the next door marina complaining about customers at the RV park. They advertise amenities such as cable TV with a list of a bunch of channels (the one time we tried, we go three) and having WiFi, but when we checked in there was a note saying there would be no WiFi, with no explanation. Every year rates go higher while service goes down. They also charge a hotel/motel tax… hotel/motel? It’s a campground, I brought the hotel with me… you just gave me a driveway.

We had a campsite closer to the busy, loud road. No view, packed in side by side. Over priced. We had lake views in the past and those are much better, or even more towards the center. Prices keep climbing.

This is a great RV park! It's kinda crazy that it's tucked right in Chelan! The grass is very luscious, there are big trees that help with shade if you are summer camping. Don Morse park is right next door and it's so easy to grab your stuff and spend the day at the beach playing in water! There is also a skate park, a small go kart track, bowling and put-put golf all within walking distance. And if you are looking for a quick bite, Lakeview Drive In is really really close and their burgers are delicious! One of my favorite places to go! The only problem was that they don't have additional parking for extra cars, you either have to find a side street in the neighborhoods close by or pay to have it parked next door at Don Morse park, which was ridiculously expensive. I think they need to change their game plan on that. I think additional parking needs to be created or work out a deal with the park next door for like $10 a day like most campgrounds. Another thing was there were sooooo many spots open in the campground and they would even let us park there because it was considered fully booked. We even said we would.move if the campers came to claim their spot. We didn't have one neighbor the entire time we were there...... something needs to change about that.
