Love it here . Cleaned up the place nice. .new owner is a great guy...they are really fixing things up ..
A great place for a long or short stay! I've been here for almost 5 months & Don't plan on leaving.
$500 for 30 Amp Hookup
$550 for 50 Amp Hookup
All Utilities are paid... There's a Bath house and a laundry area with a Pavillion.
*Maintenance people on site.
The pond is pretty with the ducks and fog in the mornings. There are some fish (Koi & Bass) and turtles are abundant. You can catch them walking between all the water ponds! There's lots of walking areas around the park, the ponds and fields.
There are rules for a great neighborhood and need to be followed.
