Sure enjoyed our relaxing 3 nights at this peaceful, quiet campground. Everyone was so nice and friendly. Enjoyed the ice cream truck (complete with frosty paws) and Amish donuts on Saturday here also. What a treat! Our dogs really enjoyed the dog park too. Hope to visit again soon.

The campground is very spacious, beautiful setting, peaceful & relaxing. The cabin was very cozy and the beds were surprisingly comfortable!! The owner was definitely on top of every need or request. Thank you for the hospitality!!! Overall great experience

Third time at Lake Arthur but first time under the new management. Didn't spend much time at the campground as we were mainly there to spend the weekend doing activities with our son who attends Slippery Rock University. We did notice though the definite upgrades to the playground as well as a very nice fenced area for dogs to run. Highly recommend staying at Lake Arthur - nice quiet campground and lots to do in the area.

What a wonderful weekend at Lake Arthur Family Campground!! Ron (guy who runs the place) was so extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had a fantastic stay.

This might not be your typical campground (no site numbers or map, mostly seasonal campers, you don't pick your spot beforehand but Ron takes you to spots that are available) but it just feels like family as soon as you get there :) So peaceful and relaxing, exactly what we were looking for. We also loved the dog park they just recently added, you can tell they really care about making your stay extra special for everyone, including your dog.

Our site was an easy pull-in, very shady, included water and electric, and was very spacious and private compared to other campgrounds we've been to. We will definitely be back!!! :)

Just an FYI since we didn't find this info on the website: They do have a dump station (located across the bath house).

And one thing to note: There is a shooting range closeby so while it really didn't bother us at all, if you have a dog afraid of gun shots, this might not be ideal for you.
