From the very 1st text I sent and phone call I made until we checked out, all our needs were met. All questions were answered and help was given when needed. The grounds were kept beautiful and as a bonus we got to see a momma deer and her two fawns daily. The pool was kept warm and always refreshing and clean. The bath house was always clean and the showers were hot and powerful.
The only negative thing I have to say about it is that we couldn't stay longer!
What a gem of a campsite hidden in Washington PA.
Nice campground, even better staff and service. Pool was great, and bathrooms were clean. Would stay again!
Great park! It's not a massive campground but it has everything you need. We stayed for a long weekend. The pool was very clean and well cared for. Power and electric at all the sites. Wood available at the office for a small fee. The Amphitheater at Star Lake is about 25 minutes away and downtown roughly 1 hr. Owner was great, we will return.
Beautiful campground with the cleanest campground bathroom I have ever seen and showers. We stayed in the tent area with electric and a firepit. Ground is flat here. Pet friendly and owner was easy to contact with questions. Its self register and self pay in the evening so it you are coming in late keep that in mind. We will stay here again!
We like the campground for what it isn't. It isn't fancy, it doesn't have on-line reservations, it doesn't have a bunch of rules, it isn't hard to get a campsite there. The bath house is marginal and the swimming pool washed away, but we have stayed there four different times and prefer it to other campgrounds in the area. The campground is on a beautiful hillside with a small stream flowing through it. Water and electric are available at the sites. A few full-hookup sites are available. Prices are reasonable. We will continue to stay at this campground!
