We bought our new Forest River R Pod from Meyer’s I-79 RV Sales. It was the best experience of a major purchase we’ve ever experienced. Brian, ( the service manager, we think) and Darren, the gentleman who prepped ourRV for pickup were absolutely incredible. Knowledgeable, efficient, kind and patient, they walked us through everything we needed to know about our new RV, as we are novices.
I bought a used Winnebago 2 years old at Mt Morris location 2 months ago. The process was great from sales with Kendra to the top notch service department guys especially Brian. They went over everything and instructed me on how to use everything. Amber took care of registration and inspection details. I am on my first camping trip and everything works great. Very pleased in my dealings with the wonderful people at Mt Morris location and I will return for all my maintenance and services.
We bought a brand new camper from Meyer’s RV and they shipped it from NY to the Mt. Morris location. From the initial sales conversation to this point, the Mt. Morris location has treated us like gold. After our first couple of times using it we took it back for a few minor things to be fixed, which is expected with every new unit. Bob, Cody, and Jim from service were absolutely phenomenal. They bent over backwards to ensure everything was taken care of, we were satisfied, and met our quick deadline so we could get back to camping. I would highly recommend Meyer’s to all my friends and family!! Cody and Bob get 5+ stars!! Exceptional. Thank you!!
We picked our 221RB up on Saturday and the guys in service to do the walk through with us was amazing. Very informative and explained in detail by Patrick. For some reason our brand new 2500 had a few blown fuses and wouldn’t allow the trailer lights to work so Patrick, and another gentleman there worked to find fuses for us and got us going. I can’t thank them enough for this I know they were freezing out there just to help us to get home. Derrick the service manager was great wanted to make sure that everything is as it should be and better! Derrick did text me the very next day to make sure we made it home safely. Idid all my transactions over the phone so I did not get meet my sales person Katherine or the finance man Dan. But dealing with them over the phone they were super. I live in TN and a dealership here quoted me about 11000 more than they sold me my 221 RB for. I absolutely love my camper and am so thankful that after several phone calls they were the dealership I and my husband decided to do business with. Thank you again Meyers at I-79 you all are awesome!!!
From start to finish I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Brian, Patrick and Austin answered all of our questions and went above and beyond our expectations. Definitely give Meyers RV a 5 star review and recommend anyone looking to purchase a camper to stop and meet their staff. They will treat you like family!
