We picked our 221RB up on Saturday and the guys in service to do the walk through with us was amazing. Very informative and explained in detail by Patrick. For some reason our brand new 2500 had a few blown fuses and wouldn’t allow the trailer lights to work so Patrick, and another gentleman there worked to find fuses for us and got us going. I can’t thank them enough for this I know they were freezing out there just to help us to get home. Derrick the service manager was great wanted to make sure that everything is as it should be and better! Derrick did text me the very next day to make sure we made it home safely. Idid all my transactions over the phone so I did not get meet my sales person Katherine or the finance man Dan. But dealing with them over the phone they were super. I live in TN and a dealership here quoted me about 11000 more than they sold me my 221 RB for. I absolutely love my camper and am so thankful that after several phone calls they were the dealership I and my husband decided to do business with.
