We have prayed for the owners of this old trailer park. Beware. Owners are no more than common thieves. They claim to be good Christian people. I'm am not here to judge them all I can say is that my wife and I arrived after pre paying for a hole month but could not stay due to the owners not having a place that would safely hold our 16000 lb fifth wheel. We were placed on the side of a hill that was all mud due to the rain that they had this year. Our fifth wheel kept sinking on the down hill side. Our wheels were 6 " off the ground on the down hill side just to get us level. We had to re level every day. I had a talk with Diane and told here that we would stay for a week but we needed to have a stable ground under our rig. Diane told us she would refund the rest of our money and I gave her my business card with the address to send it to. I called her a month after due to not receiving the refund. She sounded angry at me for calling and stated she would send it this week. That was two months ago. We pry that God has mercy on them for they will be judged one day for what they do. The park itself is nice, except for the driveway in and out. The owner keeps it rough to keep traffic slow. It will beat up your truck and bounce your camper at 5mph. The owner is less than friendly. Your rent is a little high, and there is no such thing as a refund. If you pay today and have to leave three days from now, you get nothing back.
Great park. Big yards. Quiet. I saw the sour puss lady that gave a one star review and let me tell you I'm glad they left. They had a viscous dog that attacked everything and everyone the day they got here. The owners politely asked them to keep the little monster on a leash. As for phone service anyone who spends any real time pipelining here knows all service is spotty. I'm surprised they got any refund. Most parks will not refund any money on monthly sites. I guess ya better know what you're getting into before you commit? My stay here is and has been great. Owners are nice. Site is peaceful. Internet company offers month to month service. Honestly I'm glad those people with the mean dog left. It's just too bad they had to badmouth a park who did them a solid and refunded any amount. Spots in this area are hard to get. This one is the best I've had.
I have read the reviews here and I gotta say that the only thing I see is a woman who is trying to keep what she has nice. We have been here almost two weeks and we love it. Its quiet and beautiful. Diane has done alot of work to the place to make it better and more stable for larger campers. She stops by once in awhile to see if we need anything and if everything is going ok. We didn't know we would need a 50 amp plug in extension and she happily loaned us one till we could order one of our own. She does ask that you clean up after yourself and any pets you may have as any park owner would. She has had people leave here and leave trash all over and let their animals make a complete mess. And as far as helping people out they she has burned too many times to let people stay until they get paid. Too many have pulled out and not paid her a dime. So I see the shady ones who leave the bad reviews. We have enjoyed it here immensely. Diane had been nothing but hospitable and kind. She is strict with her rules but definitely has a reason to be. I give this park 5 stars and would give more if I could. Its absolutley beautiful here and definitely worth the drive to our work site. I will say that if you end up leaving before the month is through there is no refunds. This is an edit so I am editing my review for 3 stars instead of 5.
