Worst and dirtiest KOA around. Rude owners staff is never around to help with anything office is always closed and they’ll over charge you against your agreed upon price. Total rip off avoid this place at all costs
We stayed in the Santa Fe Caboose with our granddaughters. They are 5 and 8.
We had a wonderful time. It was clean and comfortable.
This is a wonderful place, so far we have only stopped in our way to visit relatives in other parts of Colorado and on our way home. Maybe one of these days we will stay a little longer and enjoy the rest of the campground, they have a wonderful pool, a great playground for children. The staff is wonderful they are always helpful and great you like a friend with a smile a cold bottle of water and if you have a dog a biscuit for them.
They stole $600 from me, had to make a quick reservation because I was traveling. Unfortunately I had picked the wrong KOA and I was trying to transfer to another one that was in Pueblo but the man in the office refused to give me any refund even though I didn't spends the night at all or any hours to check in, and then turned around and called my wife a dirty name after she was kindly trying to ask for the refund. This KOA is pathetic that they have to steal from people in order to make their quota. And the man behind the desk is extremely unprofessional
