Great location. Only 11 spots, but it wasn't full. Nice level and fully graveled lot. Even some well groomed grass behind the sites. No other amenities, just a great place to stop for the night. Very reasonably priced. The same owner has two other locations within a block or two (Burlington RV & Outback RV parks) and all are well maintained.

There was confusion on if this place can be booked through campendium (it can not) and the man running the place was very rude on the phone and when trying to settle up (we did pay then). The place smells like nasty dog food and there are no amenities other than electric. You can drive about 1-2 miles down the road and stay for FREE and the Kansas visitors center with the same amenities. Def do NOT recommend staying here…not even close to worth $35!

Great park! We were in town for work, and there aren’t a lot of options in this area but we were actually really happy with our experience here. To be honest, when we first pulled up I wasn’t too sure because it is right off the road and doesn’t look like most rv campgrounds. But hey, if you’re looking for a fancy resort, why are you in Burlington? This park is small and simple, but safe, convenient, a great price, and run by really honest people. Would absolutely stay here again if we were back in the area!
