Nice little loop pull off. Surrounded by beautiful meadows and mountains.
DO NOT TAKE THIS ROUTE.
Take the pedestrian access, as this will want to take you through a gated private property. You would be able to hike pretty close to the headwaters from there.
Sadly, Google Maps led us to a locked gate with a private property sign. We had to go downstream to access the river. Not quite the headwaters, but beautiful!
Hard to get to the point on maps once it’s down a private drive but we came really close. Got the Tennessee Creek, East Fork of Arkansas River and Arkansas River.
