Quiet, respectful neighbors, no loud music or heavy traffic passing through constantly, Publix, amscot, 7eleven, a Spanish club nearby, as well as a few hotels all within a 2 mile radius.

The park manager, Dee, is a dishonest person. She renovated the bathrooms, which look great, but they are not ADA compliant, so I still have to pay rent. I also rebuilt the rack room in exchange for free rent. She is a very cunning and dishonest woman.

We Called for a reservation for 2 nights for march 1-3 and the lady quoted us 175 dollars per night which is outrageous. I prefer to stay in an hotel especially we stayed there few years ago and it is not the best (old RV and little space between you and the neighbors) Maybe worth 60 dollars at best.

Very nice and cozy place to stay while vacationing in Fort Lauderdale. Prices are fair and the storage is very useful. Staff and Maintenance employees are very helpful. Most of the lots are a nice size and many are shaded with mature trees. People are very friendly. Showers, Restrooms and Laundry facilities are very clean and updated. Great location, Bank, Gas, Publix Pharmacy, groceries and liquor close by.
