Website says $32 a night but when you go to pay it's closer to $42 a night which is a 25% increase with no explanation. Do yourself a favor and stay at the RV park next door because it's almost half the price and they have swimming pools and all the amenities as well. The prices at this place are absolutely crazy with zero amenities 1300$ a month when it's 725$ next door. What are you guys smoking?

An epic vacation! Just a dream! My husband and I were looking all over SW Florida for an RV site for Spring Break 2022. We were blessed to find this amazing Oasis. We are from Bozeman, Montana and really appreciate open space. We pulled into Calusa Cove, parked our RV and just wow! Glamping baby! The open space to walk around with my 2 teenage daughters at night; Being able to take in all the beauty and sounds of nature without a crowd of people; The 5 ft alligator in the pond that bothers no one; The National Park access right behind our RV was spectacular. The owners keep the property very clean and safe. Everyone was so nice and respectful. The views at night are spectacular because you don't get "all" the light pollution from the city (even though you are smack dab in the city).

If you are looking for a calm, beachy, outdoor experience, where you are in flip flops and a bikini during all your Florida days and nights, this is the place!

Please note, there are no amenities, like a pool, but what you get in exchange for the amenities is - NO multitude of people and crowds, just the delightful beauty of Florida.

Check out google maps for the National Forest access road and bring your bikes or E-bikes!

P.S. The best advice I received in Florida - There is always someone honking at you... lol

Quiet, friendly and woodsy. The owners were great and very responsive when we were traveling a long distance. There are tons of resorts in the area but if you are looking for a dark quiet place to camp in fort Myers this is it. I almost don't want to leave a review in hopes that I can still book next year without it being all booked up.
