The worse park ever! Entrance to park has a huge pile of debris in front; tiny roads, overcrowded spaces; rec room closed; tiny pool; no laundry; one dumpster; WiFi was awful; no cable AND it was expensive. Avoid this place.

Updated review from a year ago. I second the updated review below. New manager is quite condescending, lies and holds everyone accountable except himself and those part of his 'circle'. This review below by Ms.Millie below is spot on. "Disappointing Update: We are still here, but it is not near the friendly location that we had enjoyed. The New management is not friendly and in fact condescending. Very sad because we truly enjoyed our long time visit. It is also interesting the new manager can violate the park rules yet hold everyone else accountable. 🙄"

New manager is a snake in the grass. Never once speaks to you, sneaks violations on your door (ex. Violated for tarp on roof 3 days after tropical storm ripped through and caused a major leak, causing personal belongings to get soaked, then violation for soaked items outside while trying to repair said leak.Talks about residents to other residents, but he's exempt from rules? We were evicted over canopy tent that was approved by previous management. I have congestive heart failure and was given 24 hrs to move after a year of being stationary by Sherrif while new manager who was supposed to talk with us about working on an agreement that we could possibly stay, but when approached states he is not ready yet. Yet smiles and waves driving by watching you kill yourself to turn around and set up your eviction before leaving for vacation and leaving a very ill woman and husband that works nights 24 hrs on a holiday weekend to get out. There's a special place in hell for him.. corrections officer to rental manager, he belongs back in a corrections as he treats residents like inmates. He's a coward and lies. This place is no longer the friendly welcoming place it once was when Ken and the other staff were there. He is very discriminatory against certain residents. There are many that feel this way. Watch the ratings plummet because people are fed up and starting to speak up. KARMA is a beautiful thing, she always catches up to you.

I own a class B and was having a difficult time finding a RV campground that would take us. Luckily we found Marco Naples campground. I can’t say enough good things about the campground & staff, particularly Linda & Denise. Both very knowledgeable & welcoming.

The campground is situated walking distance to stores, restaurants & a laundry mat. What I loved most about the Rv park was how peaceful & clean everything was. The bathrooms & showers were above average compared to other RV campgrounds.

Linda went above & beyond for us. We left wanting to come back especially because of her hospitality & kindness. I’m even considering purchasing a tiny home in their community. 10/10 I highly recommend them!

Very mean and ruthless redheaded manager there

My dad who is the senior citizen was there for almost 6 years with no problems and always paid his rent on time and 3 months in advance. All of a sudden this new manager shows up and tells my dad he cannot sell his RV and he has to leave because his RV is too old. My dad had to retire from his job and moved back to Ohio because of this. Mind you the RV was just recently painted it was not an eyesore. Another situation a man who lived there for quite some time wanted to sell his home she told him he was not allowed so he threw a gallon of paint through her back window. If you plan on moving here please be careful with this woman.

Originally for a few bad apples, i wanted to leave a negative review. The staff is friendly and some residents are ok but too many are mean and this is not a kid friendly campground. Kids are not allowed to splash in the pool, the only kid friendly thing to do. I have never had so many people scowl at me and talk so rough with us at other campground just because i came with my family. i think many grumpy old ppl forgot what it means to be a kid. Loved the paved rv sites.
