This was a five star resort and a beautiful place to stay. Not sure what happened since the Pandemic however, management has gone downhill. It is not uncommon to see a registered camper sharing their site with an unregistered smaller camper. This was unheard of in the past. Events are still plentiful even though price doesn’t equal quality. Hopefully, this Resort will get back to it’s former glory.

Super nice resort. Built for Big rigs. Only newer coaches allowed. Fifth wheels and motor coaches. Super clean big spaces - great location. We will be back

Owned here for several great years. We enjoyed every minute and made great friends. Played tennis, pickleball, biked to Sanibel and other nearby beaches, boated and dived, enjoyed nearby beautiful sandy beaches.

It was a nice place with beautiful landscaping. There was a wide variety of palm trees. The laundry room was nice. I was put off by the bathrooms, they were not very clean or well maintained- broken fixtures, faulty fans, moldy floors around the showers in some. The staff who I came in contact with was very nice and accommodating. It’s dog friendly but not super practical for the pups. If you’re in the inside loop around the water, you’re dealing with gators and the dogs can’t use the lawn that is just off of your slip. There’s a dog walk that is the perimeter of the park but I didn’t find a good place to exercise the dogs. Overall, it’s a nice place with friendly people.

We lived there for 3 months (July-September) and were very happy with our stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful when approached, otherwise respectful of your privacy. Their pool and laundry center are both very clean, which was appreciated during our stay. I felt safe going for a morning jog behind the gate. They are still working to recover from the hurricane and I think they're doing a wonderful job. The tennis courts are currently being rebuilt and I think they'll have the community center open during season, which looks like it would be a lot of fun. If we ever need a long term spot in the area, we will be back!
