We rented a tent site in the afternoon. As we were getting ready to put up our tent, we changed our mind. It was just too hot (100+°) to tent camp that night. The owner was gracious enough to refund our money without issues.

We just spent 4 days here with our 35’ 5th wheel. What a lovely site! Campsites are spread apart, with lawn and trees between. It’s a quiet, small RV park, with easy access and good hookups. The owner was very helpful when we arrived, even cutting back some overhead branches to increase clearance. And the Dahlia garden is amazing!! If we are in the area, we will definitely come back to this campground!

We were going to stay there long term. Stayed for one month for $820 dollars. We were made to move once a week, including 6 days dry camping right next to the raw sewage he has bubbling up from the uneven land that he parked us on. We are renting the trailer and don't own a truck, so we were moved wherever he wanted to put us. Despite the fact that the checkout time is noon, he was banging on the door by 9am for us to unhook and get the slides in so he could move us. In our first dry camp, we were parked with our steps directly over the sewage. The stink was so bad we had to get in the car and leave. The next dry camp, he parked us about 6 feet away. My son and I just stayed in the car for 4 days that time. Also, I told him the first time that we could not even run a fan or anything to keep cool. There were shady places to dry camp, but he parked us on a piece of slanted land in an open field with no shade. It was almost 100 in the trailer. The trailer is brand new, and the batteries were charged, but for the outlets to work, it needs to be plugged in. It was a pretty park, but the stay was pretty miserable, the bathrooms are nasty, the price changes each time you talk to the owner and there is a lot of riff raff in and out of the park.

The owner, Jerry is dishonest and takes advantage of travelers with hidden fees and rate changes. The restrooms are disgusting and not cleaned daily , weekly or monthly. You are also charged to shower, which took $5.00 of quarters. There is a garbage dump exposed under a carport with rats everywhere. The entire grounds are sprayed several times throughout spring and summer with Roundup. The permanent resident referred to as deputy dog or camo man, let's say...loves his alcohol and enjoys stalking the women.

It's sketchy at best. It should be forced to shut down due to very questionable activity taking place. Highly NOT RECOMMENDED!!! Just ask locals about the place, it's 1 star higher than Sunset RV Park.
