Last week in November so it was cold. We woke up to about 17 degrees F. We were the only ones in the campground that night during the week and the water was off, but we knew that and understand. The camp host welcomed us and told us the water situation. We came prepared for that as you must at this time of year. There was a bathroom open and the host had put in a space heater so it was warm. Overall nice place to camp the night, no problem finding a spot haha.
Great place to go. Must see clean lake clean showers the water is warm lady's , clean bathrooms. Many of camping sites , the hiking is hard but worth it at the end . Camp sites all have there own parking, and fire pit .
It was cold but beautiful and the Pam and Bob the camp hosts are wonderful
It is a very nice campground. I would definitely come again if I came by this direction. Great fishing lake and it has a wonderful swimming beach with sand though not a large swimming beach. The beach house offers boat rentals. Great shade trees for an area surrounded by prairies and farm fields.
