We stayed in site 23. Campsite was right next to the water. Not alot of shade. Camp host did an amazing job of cleaning.

Beautiful lake, beautiful views. Best boat ramp with ample room. Close to home and amazing for me.

Super fun and quiet campground at the far end of Rockport State Park. This campground has power and water. Many sites are waterfront or super close. The reservoir is very full so the beach areas are gone (2023). Great place for all kinds of water activities. Clean bathrooms and showers. The showers have one temperature and intensity. You push a single button. You will need multiple pushes per shower.

Pretty dry. Gets pretty hot. There is running water and power outlets at all of the campsites. Are flushing toilets and showers. The lake is pretty high this year on 2022. So it's not that far of a walk to get to the water from the tents. In 2021 the lake was 30% full. It was a good 5 minutes to get to the beach last year.
