I agree with Chelsea. Stephanie was rude to our family as well when we stayed there. We travel to bear lake a lot and stay long periods. We will never be staying at Bear Lake RV again. I understand every place has rules. But if your in the business of customer service. You should have some. and i don't maybe just have some human decency and treat people nice. People come here to enjoy there time not to be treated rudely. I will tell all our friends a family. Save your money and stay somewhere else.
Stephanie was so friendly coming around making sure everything was okay and asking if we needed anything. The camp place was so clean. We definitely will be returning again.
We loved our time here. The bathrooms are top notch! The grass was taken care of. It wasn’t loud and obnoxious. The kids could ride their bikes and scooters around as the drivers were considerate and understanding. It’s the perfect location to the lake in either direction. It felt calm and peaceful. We will definitely be coming back!
Excellent RV park. Nice laundry room, good location near the lake, and Stephanie the manager was very helpful. New fire rings, bbq stands, and well manicured grass.
This campground is so nice! The spots are plenty big and have grass! Each spot has its own fire pit and nice picnic table. The bathrooms and showers are clean and the water pressure is perfect! The camp hosts are so friendly and accommodating. We will absolutely stay here again!
