We’ve been here almost a year and cannot suggest it more.

Jami, the manager, is on point. We had issues with power, and she communicated with me to get it fixed while out of town. We had a quick move in emergency, and she was so helpful in getting us approved and moved in. She’s always so friendly and communicative. She definitely cares and wants to make a good experience for the residents.

The maintenance guys are amazing. They go above and beyond in snow removal, lawn care, and assisting the residents. We had a personal pipe problem (not park related) during the winter, and they were happy to assist.

The residents all have their quirks, but you’re gonna find that anywhere. However, they are all lovely people. They keep to themselves as well as look out for one another.

We love that they are pet friendly, and keep dog poop bag stations around the park, and they are stocked!

The only reason I see us leaving would be to upgrade our house.

I've been happily living here for 30 years or so. It's a lovely little community with no crime and a manager that has taken the utmost care to ensure the residents comfort and quality of life. Even organizing entire neighborhood bbq's, chili cookoffs and movie nights, with a projector screen playing old movies. The whole neighborhood gets involved and it feels like we are truly blessed to be here. A part of it. The laundry and bathrooms are always clean and the maintenance men keep the entire park trimmed, edged and perfect. The major factor in all of this is the manager. Shes taken her job MORE than seriously. She cares and it shows. And that kind heart shines through with every interaction I've have with her. It Puts a smile on your face. and I feel lucky to call this place home.

This is a very quiet and well maintained little community. There are a number of items I'd like to be specific about.

1. MANAGEMENT: Jami tge park manager runs a tight ship and bends over backward to provide a magnificent residential experience. She is kind, energetic, and very supportive of all commissary members. Her attitude and overall joyous spirit are highly contagious. And we look forward to getting continued leadership for years to come.

2. MAINTENENCE: Is a very proactive and supportive team. They uphold a solid standard to provide well maintained and clean amenities, grounds maintenance, and overall friendly involvement.

3. LOCATION: It's just off the beaten path in downtown Layton. There's a plethora of retail stores, restaurants, hardware stores, etc, all within walking distance.

Finally, did I mention ALL the above feedback is directly correlated with Jami's leadership and energy she brings on a daily basis to provide a safe, friendly, quiet, and enjoyable resident experience. Thank you JAMI!

We've lived here a full winter, spring, and summer and are so impressed! The maintenance workers are helpful, but low key. The place is always clean and welcoming. There's a great sense of community. Would recommend for short term or long term stay anytime.
