I agree with Chelsea. Stephanie was rude to our family as well when we stayed there. We travel to bear lake a lot and stay long periods. We will never be staying at Bear Lake RV again. I understand every place has rules. But if your in the business of customer service. You should have some. and i don't maybe just have some human decency and treat people nice. People come here to enjoy there time not to be treated rudely. I will tell all our friends a family. Save your money and stay somewhere else.
