First the good - We stayed at this RV Resort for 3 months. It's a very clean and safe place to stay and the gal's up front are very friendly. Now the bad - air planes, trains, and automobiles... It's hands down one of the noisiest places we ever stayed in, and if the noise doesn't keep you awake all night, the flashing street lights will. Don't get me wrong, I love the sound of freedom from the F35's coming and going from HAFB, but you won't get much rest. The other bad is that the RV park charges the residents for electricity to maintain their water valves if you use water or not. It's just not right that the residents should have to pay to heat trace the water system they installed wrong.

But if planes ,trains, and automobiles noise don't bother you and you don't mind paying for something you shouldn't have to, it's not a bad RV Resort.

This place is immaculate one of the nicest RV Resorts I have been too. Granted it is brand new since last year May but the owners have done a great job in thinking of everything.

We arrived at in the middle of the night it was very helpful that you have a code to get in and that bathroom facilities are without code. Also, the floodlights are motion sensitive that was a huge help setting up at night time. We not able to use the pool but from what we could see it was steaming during freezing temps so my assumption is that you are able to use it during the cold weather.

The shower/restrooms facilities and laundry are located in the same building which is nice! Each bathroom was a combo of shower and toilet in a large space that could fit a family getting ready together! It was perfect!

The facilities are super clean. In general the whole resort is in pristine condition!

Also has tennis and basketball court available.

Recommend for anyone 100%

I can't say enough about Riverside. We are a fulltime RV family starting our 4th year and LOVE it here. We have experienced beaver, bald eagles, all types of beautiful wildflowers and many other wildlife sightings. The grounds are flat, well maintained and clean. The staff are friendly and feel a bit like family. We LOVE the river and tub it regularly. We feel like we are in a little slice of heaven back in the country but can emerge with anything available at our fingertips in minutes.

It is a beautiful new RV resort. Close to the famous ski mountain, and close to shopping centers. We stayed there end of May, however, we can still see the snow-covered mountain. The temperature is great, the view is also great! Manager is great. The park is clean, well maintained. Highly recommended

Love this place! The Staff is sweet as pie! Linda who works the front is just the nicest! Very clean bathrooms/laundry areas. If you love the sound of freedom you’ll hear jets near by from the Air Force base. Little cute river in walking distance for your fisherman! Such a cute park
