From Seattle:Take I-90 East for 16.7 miles. Take Exit 17 (Front St / E Lake Sammammish Parkway). From the junction of I-90 & Front St / E Lake Sammammish, go NORTH 0.1 mile (1st right) to 229th Ave SE; Turn RIGHT and go 50 ft to SE 66th St; turn RIGHT and follow down to RV park entrance on left.
During my recent visit to Seattle, I found the RV site near downtown to be a convenient choice. Its proximity to the city allowed for easy exploration of Seattle's attractions. The site provided the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
Small and tight rv park , not 5 stars but not a dump either. Very close to the freeway, and a aggregate plant but the city of Seattle and Snoqualmie Falls/North Bend of Twin Peaks fame. The freeway noise is consistent and not overly loud, more like the ocean surf breaking on the beach (white noise) The bath/showers are clean and usable, not much grass but a small children's park and a dog walk across the road. We were only there 2 days and there are some long term locals in there but there were plenty of 6 figure rigs in there so it can't be too bad, full hookups but yeah the electricity is a little funky, probably not too good for modern electronics, use a high capacity surge protector 👍
Park is needing major maintenance on electrical panels, sites, grass areas. Accumulated rubbish needs removed. Weed control is absent. Freeway noise. Surprised this is a Good Sam rated park. Easy access to freeway. Excellent cable TV and WIFI!
This is the worst RV park we have ever stayed at. The grounds are in terrible condition. The restrooms were dirty and in need of maintenance! The entire park needs maintenance. The road noise was awful. We chose this park based of the rating and pictures. This park deserves a rating less than 1. The pictures of sites in the trees is not the case. Full timers stay in those nice spots. The only positive thing I can say is Clair was amazingly nice. We left early as we just couldn’t stand the loud freeway noise.
Our recent visit to Issaquah Village RV Park left us with an overall positive impression. One of the things we liked about this park is it's convenience to shopping and restaurants. We also liked the convenience of being close to the highway for easy access to Seattle and various destinations. The complainers in the comments of the highway noise are ridiculous. Obviously it is close to I-90 and I would think they would know that booking it. Don't fault the campground for that, jeez. The noise didn't bother us. The staff is great and sites are level. I can't provide feedback on the laundry and restroom facilities, as we didn't use them during our stay. Issaquah Village RV Park isn't a luxurious resort; sites are a bit tight, but it's a practical choice for an overnight stay or a short visit. If you're looking for a lavish RV park with extensive amenities, this might not be the place for you. However, if you're looking for a no-frills, functional stopover, it works perfectly. I'd recommend Issaquah Village RV Park. Just remember to keep your expectations in check, and you'll likely have a pleasant experience.
