It is a great park on the banks of Wapsipinicon river. I go here all year round and everyday I notice something new, that I did not notice earlier. Also, it's very magnificent how the landscape of park laden with flowers changes the color from blue to pink to white to yellow to orange to fall colors. Specially the river trail, prairie trail and Vista trail look very beautiful in every season. And of course, not to forget the critters, foxes, deer, rabits, squirrels, bald eagles, colorful birds and a lot more. Adding some of the beautiful colored landscapes and flowers photo with this review.

Campground, trails, caves, picnic areas, bridges, flowers and a golf course! Always enjoy the trails along the creek, as well as enjoying the caves. Horse thief cave is the larger of the two, with ice cave being the "see from the road". Enjoy the decent into the riverbed area. Enjoy a picnic. As you drive towards the back part of the park Enjoy the view from the hilltop. Good place to fish along the river. With a boat ramp both before and after the roller dam. As all my reviews pets are welcome with a responsible owner.
