Stayed one night. Office was friendly and helpful. They do take GoodSam program.

The campground site we stayed in was very close to the next site, our driver's side slide came close to hanging over their patio area. There are wider campsites but they're for the permanent residents. The area was well lit and quiet at night. They did have internet and my iPad was able to pick it up but not the Galaxy tablet.

It's just off the highway and there are Love's and FlyingJs just down the road near the interstate. We would stay there again.

We were just travelling through looking for a place to stay for the night. We found this place at 8 pm. They had an after hours checking drop box, but they didn't give us other information like the bathroom code. The phone number provided just went to voicemail and it was for reservations only.

The next morning a lady came to our site asking if we needed the code for the restroom. We said we got it from someone else. She got upset with us that we did that. I said it would be nice if there was a means to get that information outside of office hours. She snapped back saying most people call during office hours. I said that we didn't even know this place existed until after there office was closed. We're just passing through. She said once again that most people call during office hours. I reiterated that we just found out about this place after their office was closed. For the prices they are charging it would be nice to have access to all amenities upon arrival even if it is outside of office hours. She just turned her back and stomped away. Very poor customer experience.

The campground was decent. Could have more stars on this review but not being able to get at what you're paying for and the rude interaction made this a place that we'll skip in the future.

Too cheap to install proper sanitary fittings. Unbelievable. Very crowded. Poor lighting. Confusing lane directions....It could be so much more but, they've tripped over a dollar to pick up a penny...

I like that the park is pretty empty right now and been quiet most of the time. Neighbors seem friendly for the most part. I don't hang out though much and stay to myself so not sure what it's really like if I was more social.

They don't accept payments over the phone for some reason so you must show up when someone in office and I've had visitors get yelled at when driving in here and going slow trying to find the lot number, which is not easy to see. Between looking for the lot number and the pot holes in the roads you can't go that fast.

Mail and packages are impossible here. And I've seen previous complaints about getting shamed for it. I've been shamed...They offer long term however it's hard to settle in and get mail set up due to security changes at post office and they don't allow any mail, FedEx, UPS to be delivered here even though you have a lot #. My expensive FedEx package was taken from office yesterday where left, and FedEx sent me a pic of it being left there so I'm very upset about that since I had it sent that way specifically to avoid usps. We have a lot# and should be able to get some delivery. When ordering online anymore you don't always have control of how packages will be sent to you, the business decides based on cost factors whether it's ups or USPS. Because of thieving Squatters in my last home I now have cameras so I should be able to see where my package went yesterday and report it stolen.

You only get a receipt so to prove your address is a hassle by itself with the post office. They should have better understanding and compassion to people's situations that are trying to get established in order to get mail and packages.

Free Wi-Fi... Don't work. I ended up having to get Internet of my own set up after calling office about it and that was no help at all.

It is very dark at night, lighting is not good at all, it looks like an outage happened at times when you look out your window at night. I guess that's good for deep sleepers... So could be good or bad.
