Really nice campground not far from the interstate. Reasonable rates. Being so close to the highway you do get truck noise all night. But, otherwise a great experience.

The cleanest campground I have ever been to. Very neat, lots of green grass and fair amount of trees. I normally camp in central Wisconsin where the sites are more spacious but for the size this campground it could've have been any nicer.

This campground is excellent! Clean, well kept and well managed. They have an engaged camp host and DNR makes hourly rounds. Sites are typical size. Park was full but quiet. Plenty to do from swimming in the lake with a beautiful beach, to fishing, to kayaking, to disc golf to just hiking. Not to mention its close to shopping, antiquing, a Camping World store(right up the road!) and the Quad Cities Airshow, which is why we were there. The bathrooms are plentiful and clean. The shower house is older, but clean with hot water and good water pressure. Camp store is small but has the essentials. It is located in the office which is open for 8:00 AM-10:00 PM. Full hookups (unusual at a public campground) worked well. 30 & 50 amp. The water spigot is shared and requires a longer hose. The sites are level with gravel and concrete patios. Nice fire rings and picnic tables. They set us up for a military discount that we qualify for as you cant do this online. Now, when we book next time the discount will automatically apply. We will definitely be back.
