Located 2 1/2 miles south of Webster City off of Highway 17.
Was not very impressed with the falls. But still a nice park and trail was kept very nice. We Drove from Omaha and would not go again unless we were closer.
Big camping place. Lots of paths and beauty to explore (waterfall!). An abundance of butterflies. Small clean beach. Caught a good amount fishing (small stuff). Nice sites - full hook ups available. There was a medium sized nice playground next to us and flush toilets and showers too. Golf course is challenging.
We had our family reunion and attended a wedding the food was delicious at the country club the manager is great there the modern cabins a very nice and campground one of the best county parks I have ever been to and I have been to alot Lots of amenities
This is a really nice park. Also a nice place to fish, quiet, camping area. Everything’s kind of spread out so you’re not piled on top of each other and we can have a little piece of quiet. Highly recommended if you’re in the area.
We camped 2 nights with our 2 grandchildren. There is an awesome walking trail and lake. There was a lot of road noise in spot #39 but it's quite private.
