Bad Customer Service
We use goldenseal root in our products and wanted to purchase from North Carolina. I found Eagle Feather Farm and what appeared to be a good source. I purchased two ounces. When it arrived the product had a 10 year old date - see photo. I opted to return the product for refund, this was in May2019. Now in August 2019 I have not received my money back. Several phone calls and emails have given Robert Eidus plenty of opportunity to stand by his products and services but he has chosen not to. Do Not Buy from this farm.
