This is one of our favorite campgrounds! The sites are twice the size of most others, level, upgrade amenities, and gorgeous countryside.
Nikki the manager is remarkable she truly cares about the property ! The rest of the staff was nice but seemed to want things updated .. for instance the maps are awful don’t make sense how they are laid out in addition they don’t show what services are available at each site.. some sites needed help with drainage … new pool was great kids had a blast but hours seem strange opening at 10 would be nice.. also charge $2 more per night and just give people Wi-Fi stop nickel and dimming
Tent camping for 2 nights August 11th & 12th 2023. Overall campground is nice with a lot to do. Tent campers be aware there a very few grassy sites large enough for a tent bigger than a 4 person. Also be aware that if you book through Thousand Trails you are additionally limited on sites because they only contract with campgrounds for specific number of sites and specific locations within the campgrounds.
The other reviews are 100% correct about the annual sites taking a significant number of spots but it's a very large campground. Also correct about the late night golf cart caravan playing very VERY loud music up to 11:30pm on Friday the weekend I was there and a rogue golf carter playing extremely loud music up to 3:30am on Saturday night. Again, nice place just several inconveniences.
Awesome pool, great amenities, and clean bath houses. Campground Store is never open but Kroger is 11 minutes away.
This RV campground offers a nice playground for kids to play at. A water area to swim at(seasonal). And a friendly staff. Unfortunately there is no lounge or recreation room available to use. There is almost no cell phone service available here and the WiFi you have to pay for barely works. I also attached a photo of when it barely rained and our site flooded.
