New owners have it looking much better than a year ago. Boat ramp has been remodeled and looks great. Restaurant/general store has everything you need. Restaurant opens at 6:30 a.m. I feel it should be open at 6 so patrons can eat/get coffee before leaving with their fishing guides.
We love our RV site! The park is clean and very well maintained. The owners truly care and it shows. My neighbors come from all walks of life but are each delightful, respectful and enjoyable to visit. The boat ramp was just upgraded. There's bait, hot coffee, breakfast biscuits and pizza. But the real gem is Ms Gail's catfish stew!
Tony and Steph are the rock stars of RV park hosts! Don’t miss the opportunity to have one with them on your way south.
My dad keeps a camper down here and brought down another for us to hang with him on the lake for the weekend. This is a really nice RV Park! It's clean and has several amenities on site. It's also near several other bait shops and restaurants on the lake. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. Our family is looking forward to more trips in the future. Thanks so much for your hospitality!
This is a cool place to stay. The owners and the staff are all great. If you like to fish they have everything you need. If not and you just like to hang out and enjoy some camper time then it’s great for that too. There’s a large field where your dogs can run free but it’s not a fenced area so make sure your dogs obey verbal commands. Come stay in the country. It’s a nice get away.
