We stayed at the Sharolyn Motel in Sumter for 5 days while my nephew was in the hospital recovering from an automobile accident. At check-in the clerk was very understanding of our situation and said they would do anything they could to assist us. Our room was very clean and neat. On the first day we asked for extra towels and everyday thereafter, they left extra towels in our room. They even allowed us to take a doggie bag from the continential breakfast so that we would not get hungry while at the hospital. The staff was warm and welcoming. We have nothing negative at all to say about our stay. We were showed pictures of the motel before the renovations and it doesn't even look like the same place. Thank you to everyone at the Sharolyn Motel that helped to make our bad situation a little brighter.
Shower was nice. Sheets too thin and no matter how cold we set the AC it was still hot in the room. And they're rude.
Great. Family Oriented. Friendly Service! Out Here On A Job Site! Have stayed here before nice rooms clean and spot free sheets a peaceful environment all around. Close to Shaw Air Force Base. Convenient to small sub shops eatery's and just whatever you need literally!
I have bedbug bites all over my body and that's with me sleeping in my clothes. The floors are hard wood and dirty. I guess they are remodeling but if it looks like this now how did it look beforehand? We were in town for a funeral and had to find a place to stay overnight. We didn't have a whole lot of money and they gave us a room at a reasonable rate. I appreciate that but I will Never, Ever, Ever go there again!!!!
