They say all spots are fine for any size RV. They gave us the one spot that had a small movable shed across from it. That along with the sign for the spot being right next to the edge of the pad and the road made this particular spot difficult to maneuver into with a 44' 5th wheel. On the plus side, the staff called me when they had a cancellation that allowed me to stay in one spot for the duration of my stay.

If you are on the waiting list for an RV site, it's not a list, it's a lottery. If you miss the call, you are out of luck and you don't move on the list.

Nice campground on the base. A couple small points that they could improve on:

1) no spot number was given to us for our long term stay and so when we showed up during the weekend, we had to pick a random site. Now we have to move to another spot 24 hours after arriving. Packing up to move 100 ft is a lot of work believe it or not. Would be nice to have that info ahead of time or posted on the door when we arrived.

2) washers and dryers are not free like some bases and they are small and there are only two. Would be nice to have a larger washer dryer for the cost. Also TLF has free laundry.....

3) we requested to stay in the site we had picked when the office was closed and the staff member said they couldn't move us. I don't understand why. Swapping spots in the computer should be easy. We ran into this at another base famcamp before too and we got moved 4 times in a month there because they let short stays have preferences. I used to work at an RV resort as a registration manager for 1500 sites. So I find this all very confusing, but it seems to be the normal operating procedure at famcamps.

As for the park, very scenic. No wifi at the rigs, but appears that they have wifi in the office and a nice area to sit. The bathrooms were nice with good size shower heads and lots of water pressure. It is plenty quiet in the evenings too.

Wash House had leaks in the plumbing. Only one primitive site was cleared, others were over grown with sumak. Nice and quiet place to stay, easy access.

Quiet, and clean public bathrooms... not much wildlife... the water was ok to swim in.. I wouldn't recommend diving though
