I lived here for a couple months at the beginning of 2023 and am planning on staying again over the holiday months. The facility is clean with three separate dog parks, clean hot showers and a fun little Rec room. It’s a little out of town but it has easy access to the highway so it’s not noticeable at all. The monthly rates are very reasonable and the staff is always helpful and kind

Pros: great service, cleaned bathroom and rec room daily, pool table, flexible accomodations (we had to stay an extra night), military discount, and great dog parks.

Cons: the red gravel on the sites is terrible, especially when it rains and snows. We had to clean our camper daily because of it. The laundry doesn't work well, our clothes were still damp and we did small loads as requested. For $2 a dry, it's too expensive. The Internet was spotty every day. Not remote work friendly unless you have your own backup.

While the staff was kind and helpful, the RV park, would need to make other improvements for us to stay here again if we ever returned to Albuquerque.

We stayed in our 35’ motor home. This is a great park conveniently located just outside Albuquerque off I40. The park is nicely maintained with beautiful sculptures scattered around. The bathhouses are very clean. The staff at the front desk are pleasant and helpful. The sites are long enough for a motor home and a towed vehicle. There is some road noise from the highway but we couldn’t hear anything once we turned the AC on. They also have several dog parks. The park was pretty full while we were here so I’d recommend making a reservation once you know your dates. We will definitely stay here again when passing this way.
