This serene lake offers great opportunities for fishing, bird watching, and windsurfing. Choose from a variety of campsites with utility hookups for RVs.
The park is conveniently located near historic Las Vegas.
If you stay here, don't miss the hike/walk that's at the far end of the campground by the stream that feeds the lake. Follow the stream up. It's a short but very pretty canyon hike.
A place to get away, close to town, limited amenities. Restrooms are closed, so they have portapotties around. River sites have no shade, no sewer hook ups, but they do have water, electric and a dumping station. Park employees are friendly and helpful. Weather a bit hot over labor day weekend. We would come again.
